Notes from Fr: Tim |
1) Our sympathy to Mrs. Zita Newell (née Sullivan) of St. Joseph’s Parish who has recently passed away in Pembroke. Her funeral will be held in St. Joseph’s Church on Monday at 1 pm. She will be waked at Hayes Funeral Home in Chapeau on Monday morning from 11 am to 12: 30 pm. Please keep her children in your prayers.
2) Hey Sheeners!! Please remember the change in next weekend’s mass which will be held on Sunday at 11 am to accommodate the Remembrance Day services. 3) Did you know that the Quebec government’s euthanasia law takes effect this December? It’s not too late to express your disapproval to the Federal government before they enact similar legislation for the entire country. This is literally a question of ‘life and death’… perhaps yours! |
