Notes from Fr. Tim
1) We welcome Bishop Mulhall to St. Joseph’s Parish this weekend to celebrate the Sacrament of Confirmation to the candidates prepared last school year. On their behalf, as well as on behalf of all our parishioners, we extend a hearty ‘Thank You’ for your presence.

2) Bible Study continues on Thursday evenings at 7 pm in St. Joseph’s. New members are always welcome.

3) Don’t forget to drop into the Harrington Community Centre in Chapeau for the annual CWL Christmas Craft Sale and Brunch this weekend. Admission is free and the brunch is a bargain at $6 for adults and $3 for children.

4) The new St. Joseph’s Annual Missals are on sale at each of the parishes at a cost of $5 each. Not only are they a great way to participate in all the Sunday masses but they make great stocking stuffers too… particularly if you want to give your kids/grandkids a hint about returning to the practice of Sunday mass!!

5) The 2017 Church Envelopes will soon be distributed in all three churches. Now is the time to contact Pauline in the parish office if you want to start using them. Just give her a call at 819-689-5232 if you want to start. No need to call if you have been using them in 2016.
