Notes from Fr. Tim
1) Thank you to everyone who helped make our Easter celebrations such wonderful events. From those who cleaned and decorated the churches to those who assisted with the talents during the liturgies, you all helped to celebrate with style the great paschal mysteries of the season. Your help was greatly appreciated by one and all.

2) I’ve been informed by the contractor working at the Chapeau church that we will be able to start using the new office on or about May 1st. For those ‘in need’ during our celebrations there, please know that the new handicapped bathroom is already open for use.

3) Did you know that Easter is a feast that actually lasts for eight straight days? Each day this past week was, in fact, another celebration of the events of Easter Sunday! This weekend ‘Easter Sunday’ finally comes to an end with the celebration of Divine Mercy Sunday. This little liturgical extension of the Easter feast is a sign of just how great a gift Christ’s resurrection is for all of us. So, I hope everyone enjoyed this spiritual gift from the Church throughout the past week.

4) My apologies to those who came for Mass in St. Joseph’s at the end of the week only to find the church closed as I was under the weather on Thursday and Friday. The intentions for both masses have been rescheduled.
