THANK YOU: I would like to thank the two most important women in my life Helen McGuire and Madeleine Chaput for everything you have done. May you both have a wonderful Mother’s Day. God Bless you both. Noella McGuire
|Notes from Fr. Tim:|
|1) Happy Mother’s Day to all our various mothers, grandmothers, and great-grandmothers. I pray that your hands won’t touch dishwater on your special day!
2) Bible Study continues on Thursday at 7 pm in St. Joseph’s.
3) We celebrate Ascension Sunday this weekend. May we all receive sufficient grace to lift our souls to the heavens in thanksgiving for Christ’s opening the gates of paradise to his faithful ones.
4) First Confession and Communion will be celebrated next weekend in Chapeau. Confessions will be heard at 11 am in the Chapeau sacristy and First Communion will be received by 13 young Catholics at the 10:30 am Mass. Seats will be reserved for their families near the front of the Church to facilitate a good view for photos. Many thanks to the Catechists who helped to prepare them to receive these two great sacraments.
Happy Mother’s Day!
