Groulx, Gilles Sr. – passed away suddenly, yet peacefully, at the Pembroke Regional Hospital on Wednesday, May 27, 2020 at the age of 76 years.

Gilles Groulx Sr. of Petawawa, husband of the late Jocelyne Groulx (nee Dufour) and partner of Sheila Stacey, Chapeau.  Father of Gilles Groulx Jr. (Nancy Dunbar) and Ginette Richardson (Joe Medeiros).  Pépère to Taylor Bjornstad-Groulx, Andrew Dunbar, Logan Martin, Andrew Vandette & Nicole Richardson.  Arrière grand-père de Lilith, Callaghan, Jackson & Roch.  Son of the late Gaston & Annie Groulx (nee Lunam).  Gilles Sr. is 1 of 13 children: 8 brothers & 4 sisters.  Also remembered by Sheila’s children Bruce Noelle (Elaine) and Bonnie Phillipe and their families.

Respecting Gilles Sr. wishes, cremation has taken place.  A Memorial Service will be announced at a later date.
