NOTES FROM FR. TIM
1) Congratulations to Molly McGuire and Joshua Pasch who were married in St. Joseph’s this weekend. Molly & Joshua are our first couple to be married in 2015!2) We welcomed Alexis Fleury, infant daughter of Stephanie (McGuire) and Calvin Fleury who was baptized into our Catholic faith this past Sunday in Chapeau.

3) Bible Study Class will be this Wednesday at 1:30 pm in the parish rectory in St. Joseph’s.

4) Lent is an opportunity for all Catholics to renew their personal commitment to building the ‘Kingdom of God’ in our midst. What have you decided to do to accomplish this goal for yourself, your family, and your community? Have you provided enough evidence yet to solidify your citizenship in God’s Kingdom? Remember it’s never too late so long as we’re on ‘this side of the grass’. But don’t wait too long because none of knows when that day will come for any of us.

5) We are always looking for volunteers to help with various ministries and responsibilities in each of the parishes. Have you considered offering your services? Perhaps as a reader, communion minister, catechist, or helping with parish properties? Please give it some consideration if you have not already done so. Thank you.

6) I am putting together a small committee to look at the possibility of converting the priest house in Chapeau into a Rotel/Hospice to serve the Catholic community of our area. Please let me know if you’re at all interested in helping to explore whether or not this can be a viable use for this rectory.
