LAPIERRE, John Henry
May 11, 1953 – July 22, 2015
With heavy hearts and through a river of tears the family announces the peaceful and pain free passing of John Lapierre, at home surrounded by loved ones at the age of 62.Loving husband of Susanne (nee Morris) and proud father to Jennifer (Jamie Hammond), Dana, Audrey and Thomas. Cherished Papa of Leah Shane Covert. Pre-deceased by parents Cecil Lapierre and Inez Ryan, brothers Don & Gerry and sisters Linda and Kathy. Survived by sisters Ann (Peter Bonner), Pat (Bill Millar), Paula (late Hervie Fleury), Debbie (Tony Palumbo) and Janie and brothers Tony (Janet) and Bobby (Rose). Sadly missed by in-laws Raymond & Iona Morris and the Morris Family and numerous nieces and nephews. A celebration of life will take place on Monday, July 27, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. in St. Joseph’s Church, St Joseph’s, Quebec. Interment of ashes in St. Joseph’s Cemetery followed by soup (John’s favorite) in the community hall. The family respectfully requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made to Pontiac Community Hospital Foundation.
