Notes from Fr. Tim
1) I hope that everyone will be attending the fundraising concert and meal this Sunday in St. Alphonsus Parish. A great deal of work and practice has gone into preparing both. My sincere thanks to all those who prepared for the concert and cooked the roast beef supper. Thanks too to those who donated items for the auction that will be accompanying the supper in Harrington Community Centre. There will also be a presentation made during the concert by the grandson of the artist who made the magnificent stained glass windows which adorn the Chapeau church. So there’s lots of good things happening to appeal to everyone that are worthy of your participation. Tickets will be available after the 10:30 mass and at the door of the meal.

2) Our sympathy and prayers go out the family of Elmer Gallagher whose funeral will be celebrated this Monday in St. Joseph’s Church at 11 am. The wake services are being held at Hayes Funeral Chapel on Sunday from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm.

3) Sorry for the snow on Friday. I know it’s my fault because I took my winter tires off the car on Thursday!
